What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a variety of payment methods to fullfil the need all around the world.

Do you charge a payment fee?

No. We never charge a payment fee.

Can I pay afterwards?

FAQ - Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship all around the world for free!

How much does shipping cost?

Because of the collaborations with our international shipping companies we can offer a global fast and free shipping rate.

How fast will I receive my order?

International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

This exludes the processing time for an order of 2-4 days.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

FAQ - Returns

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please read our refund policy.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
